Dr Eno Maycock has over 20 years’ experience in UK higher education and is an Associate Professor within the Business School. She is currently the Executive Director of their flagship MBA programs – having strategic oversight of the MBA Full time, Part time, Online and Apprenticeship courses as well as the various MBA pathways and the MBA in the MBA in Poland, Singapore and Egypt. She has key expertise in building collaborative partnerships and new business and is also a Chartered Member of the CIPD, a Chartered Manager of the CMI, and a fellow of the World Business Institute.

Dr Eno Maycock’s area of competence includes Leadership & Management with specific interest in Women in public/private sector Leadership, Leading and delivering transformational Change processes, Influencing and negotiation as a Leader, Positioning and Branding as a Leader, HRM, Organisational Behaviour, Reward and Performance Management. She also advices for a number of charity organisations and also sits on the board of 2 other organisations in the UK.

She has co-chaired and delivered several Executive Education and Enterprise and Innovation projects around the world. She also co-leads a social enterprise called SheCreatesAfrica, which is present in 7 African Countries.

Dr Eno Maycock was awarded the 2020 Rising Star Award by WeAretheCity, UK for her contribution to education and academia. She was also nominated for the Coventry University International Women’s Day award and was also formally put on the Coventry University Roll of Honour, for using her platform to amplify and change the narrative of women.

Dr Eno Maycock holds a PhD degree in Reward and Performance Management from the University of Bedfordshire, United Kingdom, an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Luton, United Kingdom and she is happily married to Shaun Maycock, and they have a beautiful daughter.
