Dr. Okon Amasi
Chairman
Dr. Amasi has over 21 years experience in commercial banking Mr. Amasi out of which over 8 years was spent in Executive Management.
Dr. Amasi’s core area of competence includes Banking operations, Treasury operations, Mortgage Banking, Commercial and Consumer banking as well as public sector Marketing/Corporate Finance. Dr. Amasi has worked in several banks including Diamond Bank Ltd, United Bank for Africa Plc and Societe General Bank Nigeria Ltd where he was an Executive Director.
Dienye Peterside
Director
Mr. Peterside is a Leasing expert with over 20years experience in leasing, he started his working career at Infonet Nig. in January 1990 and moved to Isengi Communications Limited from where he was seconded to International Securities Ltd (a division of Allstates Trust Bank Ltd), and In October 1990 he joined De Petraco Nig. as Executive Director, Marketing/Sales/Credit Control, a position he held until 1994.

Mrs. Uduak Ntekim
Director
Mrs. Uduak Ntekim obtained upper credit and distinction respectively in accounting from her academic pursuit and has brought the same excellence into her banking career. An alumnus of the University of Uyo; University of Witswatersrand (Wits Business School-Africa’s Premier Business School), and University of North Texas, USA.
Mrs. Ntekim has over 11 years experience in the Banking industry and her core competences includes banking operations, Treasury operations, financial control, Risk management as well as consumer marketing. She has worked with Savannah Bank of Nigeria, Access Bank of Nigeria Plc., G-Tech Int’l, Amkon Ventures Nigeria as financial controller and NMS Mortgage Services, USA as Office Manager.
Mrs. Ntekim has attended several courses in Nigeria and abroad including graduate school, University of Witwatersrand, South Africa and Northcentral University, Arizona, USA. She is currently concluding her PhD. in Marketing/Branding at the Northcentral University Arizona, USA. She is blessed with three children. Read More
